William Falshaw has been involved in law for over 30 years. Using his background in criminal law he has developed a successful family law practice by using his experience as a launch-pad to meet new challenges.

William has represented applicants in Private Law cases and acted for guardians and parents in contested Public Law hearings at all levels. He is well versed in dealing with allegations of neglect, emotional and sexual abuse. William has a compassionate affinity which allows him to understand drug addiction and the challenges faced by parents in the Family Court, his compassion and understanding in dealing with cases involving domestic abuse, be it for a victim a perpetrator or on behalf of a child, has often been commented favourably by the Judiciary.
